Business Support Services
Todays Dental Partners is a DPO (Dental Partnership Organization) not a DSO.
We have a clear distinction between the partnership organization where we take a stake in your organization based on the percentage that you want us to own and the fee for service Practice Support Services .
We need not be the majority share owner as long as we agree on the operative agreement.
When you partner with Todays Dental Partners, all the partners decide which Practice Support Services are the need of the hour and who is the best source to provide those services. In most cases, Todays Dental Partners might be the best choice to provide the support services due to the cost and efficiency advantages that are on offer, but if we find a better service provider, we document that in the operative agreement and move forward with the choices documented.
Marketing | The Marketing department supports the selection of industry-leading strategic development of cross-channel marketing campaigns, tools, systems, and guidance required based on each practice needs. Based on the needs of the practice, we select relevant Marketing Setup and Marketing Maintenance activities to support offline marketing, In office patient experience, digital marketing ,social media, creative design sources, PR and communication. |
Information Technology |
The Information Technology department recommends the technical software and hardware support for the organization. IT Support Services provides and enforces information security through data protection, as well as oversees systems administration and support, help desk and field support, network administration and hardware, and programming and development. |
Finance & Accounting | The Finance and Accounting department manages financial duties and processes for the organization, including Accounts Receivable Management through the Payment Posting Service. The Payments and Posting team ensures that all payments received and refunds sent are distributed properly and in a timely manner. Our Bookkeeping and Accounting Service offers services ranging from setting up accounting software and reconciling transactions to preparing financial statements and managing accounts receivables and payables. We streamline your bookkeeping & accounting tasks including accounts payable, cash management, general finance and accounting, and tax services. The Patient Payments team monitors and collects on past due patient receivables through the use of letters, e-mails, and phone calls. |
Human Resources Development | HR is a core component of the culture of Todays Dental Partners. While the Todays Dental Partners purpose is to support clinicians so they can create Healthier, Happier Patients, the HR department’s focus is to create healthier, happier team members. We provide the Todays Dental Partners family with personalized services for a successful team member experience, including whole-body health & wellness benefits, technology (HRIS) to support people-related transactions, compensation and incentive planning, payroll services and team member relations. Our HR & Recruitment Services lead key programs and initiatives that support the strategic imperatives of the organization, and we’re steadfast in our commitment to support the career development of team members |
Operations-Patient Service Center | The Key success factor in our successful dental practices is the services rendered by our Patient Coordination Services team and the Treatment Coordination Services team. Imagine a front office free practice. We provide 24×7 phone support for your patients queries. You can run your practice with providers (Dentist and Hygienist) and dental assistants. All schedulers are phone call away or a click away to answer any questions that you may have. Our treatment coordination services have a proven record of an increase of 35% in practice revenue. |
Operations-Insurance Revenue Cycle Management | The Insurance Eligibility and Benefits Verification Service team provides offices with patient insurance confirmation and detailed benefit information. Real Estate | The Real Estate department oversees the research and development of new real estate opportunities and the ongoing management of the existing portfolio of offices. The services provided include site selection, demographic analysis, leasing and development, process management, asset management as well as investment underwriting and management. The Real Estate team works in partnership with the Regional Partners to grow existing markets and introduce new regions and states. |
Tax | The Tax department oversees the tax costs for Todays Dental Partners and all supported dental offices through managing filing requirements and identifying opportunities in the ever-changing tax landscape. Tax also offers personalized support for owner dentists in the areas of tax planning and compliance. |
Legal | The Legal department assists with making decisions grounded in honesty and integrity based on the Todays Dental Partners culture founded in the company Mission and Belief Statements. Services provided by the Legal department include legal correspondence and complaints, dental board correspondence and inspections, HIPAA and privacy, owner dentist contracts, corporate governance, legal employee matters, and subpoenas and requests for records. |
Business Development | The Business Development Team coordinates and facilitates growth opportunities for current, and future, dentist partners. Want to grow? The BD Team learns about your professional aspirations, requirements, and restrictions to present new locations as they become available. Not only will you have access to the capital and resources needed to expand, but our BD Team works directly with our Legal, Marketing, IT, and Operations departments to assess construction requirements, handle contract/lease negotiations and coordinate the timely release of marketing and proper install systems so your new office will be fully functioning the day it opens for business. |
